We are a mortgage and protection company based out of Craigavon in Northern Ireland, but operate UK wide!
Our journey in the Mortgage and protection industry started in 2008. In 2019 Mortgage Direct NI opened its doors, our expert advisors have prided themselves in giving tailored solutions to all our wonderful clients Mortgage and Protection needs ever since.
Simply put, our mission is to get you a mortgage without distracting your from your daily lives or your business. We focus on getting you the keys to your home and ensuring that you have the right cover in place so that you never have to give those keys back.

Michelle Toal
Michelle is the founder and owner of Mortgage Direct NI and has been a Mortgage & Protection specialist since 2008. Over this time she has built very strong relationships with all of her clients, solicitors and estate agents.
Her mortgage knowledge is second to none, and she is very passionate about making sure all of her clients always have a positive experience in their dealings with us. Michelle’s clients and their needs are always put first and are at the heart of everything we do.
Michelle specialises in personal protection and is extremely passionate about ensuring her client and their families remain financially stable when the worst happens.
Eoin has been a part of our advisory team since 2020 and has proven himself trustworthy, hard working and passionate about getting his clients the best results possible.
Eoin prides himself in helping clients into their dream homes, holding their hand through a process that can often be confusing.
Eoin is able to visit you in the comfort of your home and will work appointments around you.
